ABOUT US
Bryan Morgan Care is a certified ambulance service with many years of experience in national and international medical transport.
We operate at the highest level of clinical continuity and specialize in complex transfers where aviation medicine,
emergency care and intensive care come together. This enables patients to be transported safely within Europe and worldwide,
with a level of care comparable to a hospital environment.
OUR EXPERTISE
Our services include international repatriations, neonatal transport (NICU), adult intensive care transport,
medical escort by aircraft and long-distance ambulance care. Thanks to this multidisciplinary capability,
Bryan Morgan Care is among the most specialized medical transport providers within Europe and beyond.
We support families, hospitals, health insurance funds, insurers and international assistance partners.
Missions can be performed by road using our own ambulances or by air with specialized medical air crews.
QUALITY & RECOGNITION
Bryan Morgan Care is recognized as an ambulance service by the Belgian Federal Public Service for Public Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment.
Our nurses and medical teams hold registrations in multiple countries, including BIG (Netherlands) and RIZIV/INAMI (Belgium),
and follow additional training in international ambulance care, aviation medicine and extended intensive care during transport.
Our quality and safety policy results year after year in a score of 100 out of 100 in tenders from health insurance funds.
In 2025, Bryan Morgan Care was recognized by MedAwards EU as Best Ground Ambulance Provider, an international distinction
highlighting our operational reliability and clinical standards.
We also have medical staff with international licenses, including registration with the Florida Board of Nursing in the United States,
and we work with physicians from Germany, Türkiye, Austria and Thailand. This enables rapid deployment and correct medical qualifications
across multiple continents and helps avoid delays caused by licensing rules. As a result, patients can be transported bedside-to-bedside
without dependence on third parties.
OUR PEOPLE & TRAINING
Our staff are among the top in the European ambulance sector. In addition to education and clinical experience, we assess candidates
on integrity and professional suitability. Each team member holds a validated CCPS document confirming diplomas, professional registrations
and any professional restrictions. We also perform background checks, including whether there are criminal convictions or restrictions
related to working with minors.
Bryan Morgan Care is an approved placement site for several colleges and universities. We mentor ambulance students, nursing students and nurses
in advanced programs such as Emergency Care and Intensive Care. This confirms that our clinical practice meets the educational and quality
requirements that higher-education institutions set for training placements in prehospital care.
Our teams also have experience within the 112 emergency system. We provided fully staffed 112 ambulances and integrated within trauma centers
recognized by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Unfallchirurgie. This demonstrates that our providers not only perform transport,
but are also clinically deployable in acute and highly complex care environments.
EQUIPMENT & TECHNOLOGY
Alongside clinical expertise, we invest in high-end medical equipment and materials. Our ambulances are equipped with Kartsana electric stretchers,
monitoring systems such as Lifepak 15 and Corpuls C3 in full-option configuration, and Laerdal suction units.
For ventilation we use T1 Flight Medical ventilators, suitable for both ambulance and air transport.
This compatibility prevents patients from having to be transferred to different systems during air transport, improving clinical safety
and simplifying the workflow for our medical teams.
Our fleet consists exclusively of large Mercedes Sprinter ambulances built by German quality manufacturers such as WAS and MIESSEN,
widely regarded as the highest standard in the European ambulance sector. All vehicles use Michelin tires and are maintained under a regimen
that is significantly stricter than international norms: every 10,000 kilometers or within three months at the latest. As a result,
Bryan Morgan Care has never experienced vehicle failure during operations.
In addition, all vehicles are independently inspected every six months by a government-appointed inspection body,
supplemented by audits from Qualicor Europe, NIAZ or Vincotte.
OPERATOR, NOT A MIDDLEMAN
Unlike providers who only coordinate or subcontract medical transport, Bryan Morgan Care performs transport itself with our own medical teams,
our own ambulances and our own ICU capability. This gives clients full control over care quality, safety and execution.
Within Europe we primarily transport patients by ambulance. When route, time or clinical status require it,
we also provide worldwide air-based medical transfers with specialized medical air crews.
VALUES & IDENTITY
Despite our international focus, we are a family business. This identity shapes our culture: every patient and every mission is handled
with the same care and dedication we would want for our own family. The combination of clinical professionalism and family commitment
is the foundation of the trust we receive from clients and patients alike.
With decades of experience in repatriations, international ambulance care and medical air operations,
Bryan Morgan Care is among the leading ambulance services in Europe.
