What is a medical repatriation?
If you or your relative cannot return home in the usual way, Bryan Morgan Care provides a safe, medical and humane repatriation
— by ground ambulance or by aircraft — within Europe or worldwide. We transport patients fully bed-to-bed with our own teams and equipment.
How does it work?
After your request, we immediately perform medical triage. Based on your situation, we advise the best solution:
- Ground ambulance (BLS / ALS / MICU / NICU)
- Medical escort on a commercial flight
- Air ambulance
- Combined routes (air + ground)
Our team always looks for the safest and most efficient route — clinically, logistically and financially.
What we arrange for you
For a repatriation, we take care of all steps:
- Medical triage and planning
- Contact with hospital or physician
- Fit-to-fly & airline clearance
- Ambulance at departure & arrival
- Medical care during flight or drive
- Visa, embassy & document support
- Handover at hospital, home or hospice
You don't need to arrange anything yourself. We take care of everything.
For whom?
We transport, among others:
- Ventilated ICU/MICU patients
- Premature babies & neonates (NICU)
- Post-infarction and post-operative patients
- Trauma patients
- Palliative patients
- Cognitive or geriatric patients
- Infection / isolation
- Chronically ill travelers
- Expats & travelers without insurance
Private clients without insurance are also welcome.

Family & dignity
In most cases, one family member can travel along. We work respectfully and discreetly — also in cases of incontinence, dementia or palliative situations.
Dignity and comfort are central, regardless of clinical condition.
